Prenatal and Baby and Me Series Terms and Conditions

The 5-class pack is good for the specific series for which it was purchased.
The 5-class pack is non-refundable after the first class in the series.
Missed classes for 5-class packs:
If you purchase a 5-class pack and miss one or more of the classes, I can send you a recording of each missed class.
-The recordings will be available until the start of the next series.
If you prefer to make up missed classes in person, I can give you a credit for the value of that class towards a future prenatal series for up to 2 classes (depending on availability), a future Yes Yoga event, Yoga Teacher Training, or a private class. Credit must be used within 12 months of the original purchase date.
If you miss more than 2 classes, you can get a recording of the other classes missed.
Drop-ins must be purchased for the date you plan to attend.
If you miss the class you purchased a drop-in for, you may attend a different class in the same series if there is space available. Please check with Yesica before the class to make sure there is availability. (email yesyogalove@gmail.com)

Private Classes Terms and Conditions

To cancel classes, please give at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of that class
All purchased classes must be used within 6 months of the date of purchase
Semi-private classes can be purchased for the same cost as privates for up to 5 people. Each additional person after 5 people costs $5 extra. For example, a 5-class pack for 6 people will cost $105 per class
Self-Care Set:
The self-care set is 4 private or semi-private classes in 30 days
Classes must be used within 30 days of the first class
No refunds or credits for missed classes
You are eligible for an extension in cases of illness or emergency
Classes may be private or semi-private for up to 5 people
For each additional person after 5, the cost is $5 extra per class
Classes can be in-person or via Livestream

Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Terms and Conditions:

Who can participate?

Yoga teachers who have completed their 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training
Anyone who works with pregnant people (doulas, massage therapists, acupuncturists, labor and delivery nurses, etc)
- For these applicants, the training can be used to enhance their work but they will have to complete their 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training to teach prenatal yoga.
Anyone interested in deepening their understanding of prenatal yoga and expanding their practice.
- Participants who have not completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training understand that this training alone does not qualify anyone to teach yoga classes.

Modules

Module 1 is a prerequisite for Module 2
If applicants have participated in a 15-20 hour Prenatal Training, they may qualify to take Module 2 alone. This will be decided on a case-by-case basis to make sure applicants have learned the materials covered in Module 1. Please reach out to me for information.
Sessions taught by our guest teachers are open to yoga teachers who have completed at least 85 hours of Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training for 3 CEUs each for $60 per 3-hour session.
The deadline to register for Modules 1 and 2 is 1 week before the start of Module 1

Attendance

Students must attend 90% of the training to graduate and can’t miss more than 1 class.
There will be a Livestream make-up day after the training to make up missed classes. The make-up day is included in the price of the training (90-hour training only)
Students who miss more classes or the make-up day can make up classes with an extra fee of $75 or make them up for free at the next scheduled training. It might be possible to make up missed classes at no extra cost at a future training if one is scheduled.
Payment:
If you are unable to pay for the training in full, please contact me at yesyoga@yesyogalove.com and we can work out a payment schedule. The training must be paid in full before the first weekend.
If you need financial assistance for the training, please contact me and we might be able to work out a trade.

Cancelation Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable but can be used as a credit for the next training
If you cancel no later than 2 weeks before the first day of the training, you will get a full refund minus the deposit. The deposit can be transferred to the next training.
If you cancel within 2 weeks of the first day of training, you can get a 75% refund. Any money left can be used as a credit for the next training
If you cancel on or after the first day of training, you will get no refund. You can get credit equal to the total you paid for the next training
In the event of an emergency, we will decide on a case-by-case basis
If I cancel the training for any reason, trainees can receive a full refund or a credit for the next training.
